Orders & Payments
All orders placed through our website or at our food truck are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including:

- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Failure to meet payment requirements
Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of order unless otherwise arranged for catering or bulk orders.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated at checkout. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
Catering & Event Bookings
Catering and private event bookings require advance notice and are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: Full refund of deposit
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before: 50% refund of deposit
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before: No refund
Weather-related cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Final guest counts and flavor selections must be confirmed at least 48 hours before your event.

Delivery & Pickup
For delivery orders:
- Delivery is available in select areas (see our Locations page)
- Delivery fees apply and are calculated at checkout
- We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or incorrect address information
- Products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon receipt
- During severe winter weather, delivery may be rescheduled to the next available delivery day.
- Deliveries occur between 9 AM and 5 PM. You will receive a text message when your order is next on our route.
For pickup orders:
- Pickup times must be scheduled in advance
- Orders not picked up within 24 hours may be discarded without refund
- Please bring your order confirmation when picking up
