It All Starts with Premium Ingredients

The foundation of great gelato is great ingredients. We source fresh dairy from local suppliers, import premium chocolates from Europe, and use real fruit purées — never artificial flavors or colors. Every ingredient is carefully selected to ensure the richest, most authentic taste in every batch.

From Madagascar vanilla beans to fresh Maryland strawberries, we believe that quality ingredients make all the difference. That’s why we never cut corners, and why our gelato tastes like nothing else you’ve tried.

The Small-Batch Process

Unlike mass-produced ice cream, our gelato is made in small batches — typically 1 to 2 gallons at a time. This allows us to maintain complete control over texture, flavor intensity, and quality. Each batch is carefully monitored from start to finish.

Gelato contains less air than traditional ice cream, which gives it that signature dense, creamy texture. We churn our gelato slowly to achieve the perfect consistency — smooth, rich, and incredibly flavorful.

Our process includes precise temperature control, careful mixing ratios, and traditional Italian techniques passed down through generations. Every step is intentional, and every batch is tasted before it’s approved for serving.

Handcrafted Mix-Ins and Sauces

We don’t just make the gelato base — we also make our own caramel sauces, chocolate ganaches, fruit compotes, and cookie crumbles. This level of detail ensures that every element of your gelato experience is crafted with care.

The Final Freeze

Once the gelato is churned to perfection, it’s transferred to our blast freezer where it’s rapidly frozen to lock in freshness and flavor. This quick-freeze method preserves the creamy texture and prevents ice crystals from forming.

From there, it’s packed into containers, loaded onto our food truck, or prepared for catering events. Every step of the journey is designed to deliver the freshest, most delicious gelato possible.
